Everyone that works there really dislike their jobs … if they liked working there the least they can do is pick up phone calls …. A transfer to a line that keeps ringing for over 2 mins is insane .. that’s why people are going to Geico and Progressive

Keisha, Ava and Enid. 3 amazing agent at State Farm. They are very friendly, have a good personality and always happy to help me with any questions are concerns that I may have in regards to my policy. I have never been to the office to see them in person, but the kind of love and concerns that they showed me, you would think I know and have met them in person. As frustrated as I have been over the last few months... I was extremely please with connected with the representative Enid Echevarria. From the communication she provide all the way to the professionalism in following up with some key concerns and questions I had regarding my polices. Enid was transparent and solution driven with billing questions, 3rd partner partnership issues and more. I dont want to give her too much work. But id request her if I wanted to start a new policy.

Was transferred to this agent after mine died. Policy is now being cancelled. Not a happy customer. Didn't call or email to tell us this just sent a snail mail letter. Just horrible, especially after Dow passes 😞 I definitely wouldn't recommend
