Every step of the way, Keisha didn’t just hold my hand, she guided me through the entire process as if I am BLIND (and I AM BLIND, I have no idea qheee to start, stop, finish and Go). She breaks it down in simple to understand terms, she took her time and she made it her DUTY to make sure I not only understood but that I was in the position to receive the best deal and the best deal for MY SITUATION. She’s not just giving you a deal and not thinking about your situation, how it may affect your future. She’s is extremely detail oriented with that and all other aspects. I felt like I was SAFE, and it’s hard as a woman in my caliber to trust. I could trust Keisha. Time and time again.
Considering being my first big purchase I am so vulnerable and she was HONEST WITH ME!!!! And did I say BEYOND knowledgeable???? I mean not enough words can describe in WRITING how much I appreciate her.
